I’m a geek. It’s a good thing. Right before beginning computer programmers learn the phrase ‘Hello World’ they learn that 8 bits make up a byte, the basic building block of all digital information. Those 8 bits that make up a byte are each ones or zeroes and make up the whole. Usually we talk in terms of bytes when we describe size of disks, how big your iPod is, etc.
We’re the Juvinalls and we have several bits. One thing we like about our family is our different parts that make up a whole. Believe me, in the currently 4 and soon to be five of us there are some personalities. For the longest time, I maintained a blog here and Melissa currently writes her blog here. This one I primarily will write in. I wanted to take a bit of a lighter, warmer view with this blog. Notes from the Terminal ward was getting a little too heavy.
I also wanted to highlight the story of our next adoption. What’s taking us from 4 in our family to our 5th ‘bit’. Hope you like it, hope it’s mildly entertaining and we’ll be seeing you around.
