Resources for a new, emergent Christian?
3I have a friend who just recently became a new Christian and I’m trying to think through resources for them. She’s 24, never finished college (yet) and is newly married. I’m primairly looking for some good, introductory books on things like prayer, quiet times, etc. Any suggestions out there friends? Feel free to recommend your own books
. Obviously, we’re fans of IVP as well

What’s inside Pete’s Fridge? :)
3From Margaret’s blog, here’s a quick peek inside our fridge:

We’re going to try and kick the pop habit (wish us luck), so we dropped some cash on a nice, new PUR water filter (not pictured: salad fixings – yeah healthy eating!). Oh, btw, if you’re reading this you’re tagged too!
Of course, this is what ‘growing up’ does to you; there was a spell immediately following college that my bottom two shelves would be constantly full of IBC rootbeer

IVF Part 3
1Hi everyone,
Forgive the blatant plea for comments, but I would adore your input on the IVF posts; I want to add to the voices and perspectives of this issue and it would be great to have your comment…so anything you’d have to share would be great.
Did I say please comment yet?
Merry Christmas!
0Next week starts Advent, so in honor of the season, Aidan wishes to extend a ‘Merry Christmas’ to you:

Soda on the bottom of the fridge?
1Here’s a question to ponder:
Why is it that soda (aka pop, coke, pepsi, etc.) always ends up on the bottom of the fridge? I don’t know too many people that this isn’t the case, pardon the pun, for.
Am I wrong in saying that?
