There was nothing personal in the letter at all just a completely generic, "we appreciate your concern." At least Kellogg appeared to acknowledge you referring to the nightmares. Not that the letter should feel anymore personal... I hope Aidan finds a way to get past the nightmares. It's never fun to go through such things as a kid.
